To move an existing 32' x 46' pole shed to a new location on property (moving about 200' to the southeast).
To construct a new house (3 bedroom) to be 68' x 26' with a  68' x 8' screen porch and a 28' x 36' attached garage (with a 13' x 36' apron) and a 40' x 16' concrete patio. New house height to be 20'.
The new house will be placed where 32' x 46' pole shed was.
