  • Section 604.8 of the Morrison County Land Use Control Ordinance states that every land use permit for the construction or addition to a dwelling unit in Agricultural Zones, shall sign a land use notification form.

    1. The land on which the dwelling unit or dwelling unit addition is or will be located in is an Agricultural district. The construction, expansion and operation of animal feedlots and other agricultural uses are permitted in this district.
    1. Feedlots and other agricultural uses may adversely affect the residential use or value of the property.
    1. Agricultural uses are given preference over other uses in Agricultural districts.
    1. The land use notification from will be on file in the Morrison County Planning & Zoning Office.
