Text: | 02/27/24 - Talked with Amy Lorentz. this parcel will be spit into two 40's house will be on west 40. sp 3/6/2024 - There was a lot of back and forth with the septic designer on this one, but we finally got it figured out. I had to do some shuffling with the payment, but that is also squared away now. HK 3/11/2024 - site visited. The well driller was on site and had just finished. He said they went down 31'. This might affect the placement of the septic system, but there were no obvious stakes to show me exactly where the borings were taken/where the system was intended to go.HK 3/12/2024 - I talked to Jay at Sherman Builders and he said the homeowners have been having other problems with the septic designer and installer. He said he's going to advise them to get a new designer. I'm going to wait to hear back from them before signing off. HK 3/19/2024 - Sherman Builders submitted a new septic design. It looks good.
