    5/8/2023 - Brad emailed Motley Township about whether they maintain this portion of Lil Street, and what they consider its end, to determine setbacks. HK
    
    5/16/2023 - Ollig says the portion of Lil St beyond the city boundary is all easements. HK
    
    5/18/2023 - We haven't heard back from Motely Township in ten calendar days, so are proceeding. Site visited 5/17/2023. I took a measurement from the front corner flag to the point where the driveway widens = 46' (see Ollig-RoW and Ollig-Beacon photos). All other setbacks are met. HK
